Cabbagetown, Atlanta's oldest industrial settlement, was founded in 1885 as a place for the Fulton Bag and Cotton Mill workers to live. Poncey-Highland, home of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum and Freedom Park, is a diverse urban neighborhood.
